1. This promotional offer by Bertazzoni USA Inc. (the ‘Promotion’) gives customers purchasing an eligible Bertazzoni product a complimentary extension of the standard 2-year Limited Warranty for an additional 2 years – total 4-year Limited Warranty.

2. The promotion is valid from June 1st, 2024 through December 31st, 2024.

3. This Promotion is available exclusively to end users (homeowners) purchasing new appliance/s from an authorized Bertazzoni dealer showroom or online dealer. Ventilation and microwaves products are excluded from the promotion - see the attached table for a list of excluded products. Display products, B-stock and refurbished products are not eligible for the Promotion. The Promotion shall automatically be void in connection with such transactions or purchases.

4. The Promotion may be combined with selected retail offers from Bertazzoni.

5. To redeem the Promotion and activate the warranty extension, homeowner shall register the purchased appliance/s at us.bertazzoni.com/my-bertazzoni within 180 days from the date of purchase as shown on the sales invoice or receipt. Homeowners shall keep original documents relating to the purchased appliance used to claim the Promotion.

6. The Promotion shall not be automatically activated at time of purchase without registration of the purchased appliance/s by homeowner as described in Paragraph 5.

7. The Promotion shall be void in the event the purchased appliance/s are returned to Bertazzoni or a Bertazzoni dealer.

8. The homeowner shall be eighteen (18) years or older to claim the Promotion.

9. The Promotion shall not be granted at any time at Bertazzoni’s discretion in case the homeowner does not produce a valid sales invoice or receipt and proof of payment.

10. The Promotion shall be void if the homeowners violates the warranty rules as to installation and use of the product.

11. By registering the purchased appliance/s, customers permit Bertazzoni to contact them with marketing emails at a later time. Customers may opt-out of, or unsubscribe from, such emails pursuant to the terms of Bertazzoni’s Privacy Policy.

12. The Promotion is only available to residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia. The Promotion is not valid for residents of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and any other territories or possessions of the United States of America.

13. Any misrepresentation or bad faith by the person placing the order, whether innocent or fraudulent, shall disqualify him or her from the Promotion and further promotions offered by Bertazzoni.

14. In no event shall Bertazzoni be liable for more than the amount of the Promotion.

15. Bertazzoni may amend or discontinue the Promotion at any time with or without notice, including after an order is placed.

16. The above terms and conditions are severable and, if one or more provisions shall not be valid under applicable law, the remainder shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
