Timeless and functional collaborative kitchen space in Chicago

Brynn Olson Design Group hopes to help others experience the joy of living and working in beautiful yet highly functional spaces. They curate projects that are illuminated by layers of texture, comfort and individuality.

After beginning her design career at the esteemed Nate Berkus Associates, Brynn Olson launched her own Chicago-based firm, Brynn Olson Design Group. When building a new Studio, Brynn wanted to inspire clients and create a "second home" for her employees. The Studio was designed with Bertazzoni "at the heart of the home" - the kitchen. Brynn selected the Professional Series - known for its clean lines, professional functionality, and exceptional fit & finish - for the showroom’s client entertainment and gathering kitchen area.

The kitchen of Brynn Olson Design Group’s entertainment are feature a bright color palette with decorative hardware and surface acescents. The soft contemporary appliances from the Bertazzoni Professional series suite frame the space providing a distinct polished and brushed Italian stainless surface paired with masterfully shaped tactile handles.

"We are finding a huge trend in ditching the microwave in exchange for a convection steam oven. The possibility of preparing a complete meal with the accelerated process of steam assist or full steam function opens up an entire spectrum of healthy fast cooking. Yet equally important are the more traditional functions such as convection baking, toasting of breakfast bagel, or finishing a prepared meal with the broiler function.
